Tesla Project: Regression Model and Data Visualization

A regression and descriptive analysis to test the difference in relationships between the electric vehicles consumption (dependent variable) and the gas price (independent variable) for Democratic and Republican states to see how the difference will affect the current investment portfolio.

  • The case contains SQL examples responding to the requests from different departments in Northwind to facilitate their decision making processes.

Price Forecasting:
ARIMA Model

Working at HIRC Inc., a real estate company, I had a hands-on experience in coordinating with the construction department to conduct a predictive analysis in price of the raw construction materials by building an ARIMA model, the time series forecasting model.
